What do these words mean?
These are three words, derived from Latin and Greek ,
which resonate with me because they encapsulate life force.
Strength, capability, and firm roots.
Gravitas is having the confidence to communicate feelings and thoughts.
Dunamis is developing your full potential, becoming dynamic.
Robustus is finding your core strength and becoming emotionally robust.
I hold the following philosophers, psychotherapists and psychologists in my mind, they inform my work and continued professional development.

John Bowlby for pioneering attachment theory, in my opinion, invaluable to understanding how we interact in the world.
Dr. Eric Berne MD for founding Transactional analysis, specifically,the parent adult child model.
